Is money the final word for job satisfaction?
The terse phrase ‘job satisfaction’ is hardly ever understood by the employers and they commonly make a mistake. Most employees felt that offering more money to his employees will keep them happy and they will probably drop the idea of leaving the job. It is good way to retain people but I doubt if it is a good way to carry on business. This is a traditional system of running a form and this can be sure win strategy only if the employer knows the value of money for all the employees. Salary appraisal may not be mellifluous tune for an employee and he might not get the boost that the employer is ready to offer through money.
