There was a village in some interior parts of an undeveloped country. They had no water connections at home and they used to get water from 10kms. away from their homes. We keep the credit cards as an added facility, but sometimes these facilities are charged costlier to us if we are in a deadly sleep while making payments of the credit card bills. If you are not aware of checking the fees and charges added in your bill, you might be paying hundreds or some times thousands of dollars more than what you should actually pay. Late fees charges

The most common weapon of the credit cards companies is the late fees charges. Grace period is reduced to 25 days suddenly by some of the credit card companies. Sometimes even if you pay the payment in favor of bills, they adjust the bills against the loans and charge you the late payment charges. So, even after paying the bills on time, you are charged a higher interest rate as once you have paid lately.

Credit Card companies have so many weapons like this which are actually quite harsh and even illegal, but they carry on them as there are thousands of people who never sees or bothers the bills and ultimately pay hundreds of dollars extra which they are never liable to pay for.

To stop the companies from doing such mal practices, there is just one strongest way, Awareness. Get aware and check all the credit card bills of yours thoroughly. Ask wherever you are not clear in the bills. Take a sincere follow up for the extra burden and don’t let the companies charge you wrongly.
