There are so many things in the world which we are doing because….we are doing it..!! There are no reasons of so many activities as they are never thought sincerely. Some of our daily routines are such in which we spend so much money of ours even if we have some good options. For example, we do so many things to burn our calories in gym, but do we ever think that those who have not joined gym are still fitter than us, how come?
In the time of savings and cutting downs we need to rethink about the extravagant expenses done by us in the form of joining gym. Some of the journalist and the financial trainers are saying something to us. Let’s listen to them.

Now, after spending hundreds of dollars if we are earning 30% change then those 30% can also be achieved by placing both hands against the table edge and pushing back!!

- GET OFF GYMS
We join gym by paying hundreds and sometimes thousands of dollars. But, a big question is that how many days and months we actually use them? Initially, we will do that because we have spent a lot but gradually we set again in our routine and it becomes difficult to go in gum. Sometimes we go because we have paid for the months or years. So, is it worth paying such a large amount on the things which are not regularly done? Instead, there are some good options of municipal gym or even the tennis or golf course of municipality. They are actually goods enough to serve our purpose. There are some free Tennis Courts and other games free which are enough for the exercises we do in gyms. - SWEAT SOLIDLY
This is an absolute required factor. Go outside in the lap of nature, have a first class walk or jogging and throw out a reasonable sweat out of your body which you normally do with the gym. This is as good as the hundreds of dollars spent on gym. A minimum of 45 minute run or walk in the fresh air instead of a stuffy gym can burn more calories, improve blood flow, and keep your brain alert. Plus, sunshine increases your serotonin and vitamin D levels, which help keep your weight stable. So, take out sweat and prevent taking out hundreds of dollars from your pocket. - HAVE A CHANGE
This is a necessary tip to make your mind fresh and fine. Do try to change the exercise instruments over some period of time. This will not only save your money but also will make you motivated for the fitness job. You may earn a good knowledge as well as the body can react nicely to any particular exercise. For example, if you are going for a walk or run foe the whole week, try to take yoga to your friend’s trainer and just earn the freshness of the mind which can keep mind and body fit. - WALK VOLANTURILY
Walking is the best exercise you can have to keep your body fit and fine. Walk most what you can. Serve some options and tricks like parking the car far from the office and to rake a walk or even you can have a public transport to burn your calories and to have a walk from the nearest station. - FITNESS WITH FRIENDS
Before you start fitness camp on your own just have a chat with all the friends and make a good sense in them. This is the most effective tip as view of everyone will definitely make you knowledgeable of so many things which are useful for fitness. - STOP SOFT SPENDING
Almost of us spend so many dollars on the things which are either of no use or are just dear ones as they are branded stuff. Now, as we are spending so much sweat on financial fitness and if we spend extravagantly, it’s a frustrating thing. Even the spending on junk finds also should be minimized to stop extra calories.
