Invest With A Reason At Particular Season

Seems funny? It’s different funda. Our experience is different; we generally invest according to our financial season. We all have three seasons in our financial lives. You know the financial seasons? There are three seasons.

InvestmentMonsoon: It’s the season when the flow of incoming money is flourishing. There is ample of money flow into the pocket. That’s the monsoon of money!! This is a good time for investment.

Summer: It’s the season when the incoming amount is dried off and there is recession in the financial status. All the income sources are returning no worth and the business trend is going in the reverse trend. It’s a summer of money, not worth for investment.

Winter: The phase of financial status where there is a good income but still the money is freeze up with some of the creditors and stocks. It’s the time where people should invest in the future stocks or even in the stocks with a great care. It’s a freeze winter of money.

These are the three seasons of finance and all the people who have lost their money in investment have made one mistake, they have always seen the outer trend and the rally of people, but they never matched it with their own season of finance. Ideally, one should always invest by confirming their own financial situation and should make a decision by seeing the disposable money of their own.

So, these are the three different seasons which decides the investment flow outside. But, there are also some seasons of the markets and those seasons are differed with specific reasons. These financial seasons are dependant on the market trend and also on the outer natural seasons as they also make an impact on the markets. Let’s check some of such seasons.

Seasonal Investing means to analyze and ascertain as to when some of the specific stocks are going to perform well due to the marketing reasons and also natural reasons. It’s a simple market trend analyzing but analyzing according to the seasons. For example, if it is an agricultural product stock, it is definitely going to rise if the monsoon hits properly, so their perfect time of buying would be in May when the stocks would be on the edge of rising and they must be sold in the end of July as the peak of those stocks could be earned in that particular point of time.

There are views of people which suggest that generally the markets are good in the months between Novembers to May. It is said to be an ideal timing for the investment. Probably in the November, people tend to invest higher amount of money and in the May, they tend to release the money. The money is released in the month of May for the reason of enjoying the vacations and also people tend to have a complete leisure time with their family in those days.

The other traditional approach is that everything in the nature is fixed and therefore the nature impacts on the market quite regularly and timely. There are fixed sectors also which are certain to have bullish in a particular month, better in a fixed moth and always tend to have a downward trend in the fixed months.

In the ancient markets, there were people who navigated the boats and their vehicles according to the natural seasons. They also did not have the Watch and neither the direction measuring instruments, but still just by seeing the starts and other signs in the sky, people tend to decide the direction of waves and also the tide and other factors. Generally, they tend to get the perfect decision and could derive the best solution for their business decision.

Stock market is quite bullish but still if you see the analyses and trends carefully, you’ll come to know that there are some sectors which have fixed sharp trends every year. For example, studies say that in the small cap stocks, the moth of January is always profitable. For the sectors like utilities, oil, healthcare and biotech, the period between May and September is quite better and also remunerative. If you are planning to invest in the Metal sector, you should rest in the summer; instead invest in the Gold stock during the summer. Summer has the best value for the Gold most probably. July is the month in which the Gold rates are the highest because people in India and China tend to buy in the bulk in these months.

So, these are the analysis of the stocks during the particular seasons and they truly makes senses most of the time but as said earlier, you must consider your financial season before investing in the markets. Your internal season is more important than the market seasons, right? So, happy seasonal investment!!
