I guess she has to sell partly because she hasn’t been in any new movies in a while. She likely lost some money during the recession and this is a chance to recoup some of that money. Celebrities definitely have an advantage when it comes to selling property. Who else gets this kind of exposure for their real estate? Her fame alone would generate a lot of interest in this house.

Real Estate can rise and fall at any time. There can’t be fixed losses or profits. Today, a loss of 2 million can be a loss of 3 million tomorrow.
